Stanta have recently secured a new project with Mulalley Ltd at Goodinge in Islington North London. The development consists of 23 new homes and a community centre for Islington council and is the first new project for Mulalley since the Ladderswood estate development in 2014.
The new homes comprise a 5 storey building consisting of high quality energy efficient familysized units and a new community centre to be built on the footprint of single storey community centre which is to be demolished.
