Stanta have begun installation of all SFS works to the Copyright building in central London for Fill Metallbau. This is Stanta's first project with the Austrian cladding company, having provided technical, commercial & mock up panel support for them during the bidding stages.
This sophisticated West End scheme for Derwent London replaces three poorly configured existing buildings with a distinctive and sustainable new office building, with restaurants and a gallery at street level. Designed by Piercy & Company, the 9,800sqm scheme will be a mixture of retail and offices. The ground floor will provide 1,850sqm of retail space. There will be 7,950sqm of fully fitted out category ‘A’ offices across seven floors with two floors of roof terraces.
